Griffith Celtic Dance Company

The Griffith Celtic Dance Company is comprised of championship dancers from the Griffith Academy in Wethersfield, CT. The Academy, founded by the late Mary Ann Griffith, has been training students in Irish Dance for 57 years and has produced many National and World Champions as well as professional dancers on Broadway. There are members of the company who are currently dancing in "Riverdance" and "Lord of the Dance". Under the direction of Mary Beth Griffith, the School continues to be one of the top-ranking schools of Irish Dance in the nation.

The Company has performed all over New England, both in person and on television. In addition to a heavy competitive schedule, the top dancers at the Academy greatly enjoy the opportunity to perform in the Company and communicate their own love of the art form to an appreciative audience.
